Mambukal Resort (Murcia, Negros Occidental) To those who are looking for a place where you can relax and be one with mother nature, but enjoy at the same time- this place is one of the best choice you have around Negros Occidental! This a mountain resort located in the town of Murcia. One of the perks this place has to offer is that even though it’s a mountain resort, it is very accessible. It’s just one bus ride from Libertad public market in Bacolod, and presto- they stop at the very entrance of the resort! I have been to quite several mountain resorts before, but this place is extraordinary so far. If you want relaxation, you got it! Be that as it may, the resort has plenty of activities to offer. Below is a photo of their most recently updated tariff with the list of activities they have and their reasonable fees. In our one day stay at Mambukal we were able to enjoy almost all of their fun activities. We went there last October 2 of this year – just in ti

The Ruins

THE RUINS (Talisay City, Negros Occidental) The Ruins of Negros, also known as the Taj Mahal of Negros is truly a hidden gem I must say! From its well maintained luscious green lawn to the strong, fine and rigid structure of the Mansion as if telling its story of how it was able to endure the test of time. As if I was transported back in time. It was a heady feeling to have stepped foot on the place and to have touched some parts of the

Maravilla Beach (Tabuelan, Cebu) For this year's summer escapade, I've been to this beautiful place. Nope, this isn't a new place to me because I have been coming back here for what seems like forever. I have been here for many times already, but ironically it isn't on my blog yet. It maybe because I am too selfish to share my “self-claimed” paradise. Tabuelan is a municipality in the north, and this is the town you get to passed by prior San Remigio. Tabuelan is a small town composed of twelve barangays. As for me, the barangay that has the most beautiful white sand beach is Maravilla. It happened to be the specific barangay my mother-in-law used to live in her younger years so it's the family vacation destination most of the time. Maravilla by the way is the last barangay of Tabuelan before your enter the town of San Remigio. There are no particular resorts in Maravilla, but some neighboring barangays have. I don't want to be biased, but I must say
